who spent her first weeks in a Jaipur NICU. Every product Neosoft
has built since traces back to her incubator.

When our daughter was born preterm in 2014, the medical care she received was excellent. The neonatologists were skilled. The NICU team worked through nights. We were lucky - and we knew it.
But as we sat by her incubator for weeks, Nisha - a fashion designer by training - began to notice the small things the medical team had to improvise around. The makeshift positioning rolls fashioned from towels. The improvised cap, cut from a stocking, that kept slipping during CPAP support. And the extremely expensive imported alternatives.
Many fixes were workarounds. And many of them weren't even designed for a baby this small.

Back in Jaipur, Amit and Nisha worked with fabric specialists, manufacturing partners, and clinical advisors to translate each documented NICU pain point into an innovative prototype that could directly solve a problem.
Every prototype went back to the doctors who'd named the problem. Tested. Refined. Sometimes scrapped. Nothing shipped until DSC specialists who first improvised around the problems trusted the solution.
The result wasn't a single product. It was a system of fabric-based NICU care — co-designed with the people who would use it.
