CPWC procures Neosoft Nesting Sets and KMC Gowns, co-brands them with your donor identity (optional), and ships to your chosen beneficiary NICUs.

CPWC issues your 80G certificate
Audit-grade 80G receipt issued within 7 days of funds receipt — submission-ready for your CA, tax filing, or statutory audit.

You donate to CPWC
Pay via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque to our NGO partner Climate and People Welfare Council. Any amount — there's no minimum for the donation path.

The 80G donation path
CSR contributions under Section 135 are processed through Neosoft Care (the manufacturing company) as procurement — they are not 80G-eligible (CSR spend is already mandated by law).
For voluntary donations from individuals or organisations, we route the giving through our NGO partner. Donations made to the NGO are 80G-eligible, and the NGO procures and ships Neosoft products to NICUs on the donor's behalf.
You get the tax benefit. Babies get the products. The NGO handles the procurement and reporting.

It started with our daughter.
Our Story
Founded by parents of a preemie.
In 2015, Amit and Nisha Gupta welcomed a preterm daughter — a tiny fighter who spent her first weeks in a Jaipur NICU. From her bedside, they noticed every workaround. Every Neosoft product since has traced back to that moment.
